The system will NOT store, record, or retain any photographic data or images of identification documents in the database. All captured data from the failed attempt is immediately discarded and purged from the system.

The my Regis Plus application is required to collect and store user photographic data and identification document images as evidence for service requests and identity verification, in compliance with the Emergency Decree on Measures for Prevention and Suppression of Technology Crimes B.E. 2566, as amended by the Emergency Decree on Measures for Prevention and Suppression of Technology Crimes (No. 2) B.E. 2568. The Company defines the retention period for such data to be 10 (ten) years as prescribed by law, starting from the commencement of service usage. Such data will be permanently deleted or completely destroyed immediately upon the expiry of the aforementioned retention period.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
